Mr Bane was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Macquarie AirFinance in January 2022. Prior to this he was Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for Transaction Execution, Risk and Restructuring, Technical Management and HR.
Eamonn previously also served as Chief Technical Officer of Macquarie AirFinance. Before joining Macquarie AirFinance, Eamonn worked in Macquarie Aviation Capital as a Technical Manager with responsibility for managing Macquarie Aviation Capital’s spare engine operating lease portfolio. Eamonn began his aviation career with SR Technics in various engineering roles.
Eamonn holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Mechatronics from Dublin City University.
Lynn joined Macquarie AirFinance in July 2024 and was appointed Chief Commercial Officer in December 2024. Immediately prior to Macquarie AirFinance, Lynn consulted at Grant Thornton Ireland and Sigrun/Asterion Industrial Partners, the latter a European infrastructure fund investing in an aircraft leasing start-up platform, through her company SolÈir. Prior to SolÈir, Lynn led the EMEA team at Avolon, and was directly responsible for more than 150 aircraft on lease to 50+ airlines. During her time at Avolon, as part of the Senior Management Team, she also oversaw the integration of the CIT leasing business (300+ aircraft, US$10bn) as well as leading the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Previously, Lynn held Managing Director positions at Standard Chartered Aviation Finance and AWAS (now DAE) in addition to commencing her leasing career as an SVP Marketing at RBS Aviation Capital (now SMBC Aviation Capital). From Dublin, Lynn holds a degree in Psychology, Masters in Business Studies, and is a fluent Italian and Spanish speaker.

Michael was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Macquarie AirFinance in January 2022. Prior to this he was Head of Corporate Finance, responsible for treasury, capital markets and financial analysis.
Before joining Macquarie AirFinance, Michael worked at Macquarie Group where he was involved in the development and oversight of the Group’s transportation finance businesses, including Macquarie AirFinance.
Michael holds a Masters of Finance degree from INSEAD and Bachelor of Economics and Commerce degrees from the University of Western Australia.

In addition to directing the Credit Department, Will oversees the Compliance, Lessee Restructuring, Operations Risk, and Portfolio Management functions for Macquarie AirFinance.
Before joining in 2017, Will worked at aircraft lessor AWAS for 5 ½ years where he held positions in Risk Management and Portfolio Management. Prior to AWAS, Will worked in Rolls-Royce Civil Aerospace for 8 years in the UK, Singapore, Australia and the US.
Will holds a First Class Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University College Dublin, and received a distinction for his Master of Science Degree in Aerospace from the University of Bristol.
Industry Experience: 32 years
Tom joined Macquarie AirFinance as Chief Technical Officer in April 2022, and he leads a team with global responsibility for asset management and technical activities on the entire portfolio of aircraft.
Prior to his appointment at Macquarie AirFinance, Tom served as Chief Technical Officer with AMCK Aviation and previously at Accipiter Aviation, he has also held key leadership positions at Avolon and CIT Leasing.
With an aviation career spanning more than 30 years, he has gained significant international experience across the global aviation industry.
Industry experience: 22 Years
Rob jointly heads the company’s legal department with Marcus Baldwin and has responsibility for the legal aspects of the Company’s leasing transactions, trading and OEM relationships.
He has diverse experience in the aviation industry, having previously worked as Senior Legal Counsel at Airbus and in the aviation finance team at Norton Rose Fulbright in Paris.
Rob holds a BA in Law (Jurisprudence) from Oxford University and is admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
Industry Experience: 15 years
Marcus jointly heads the Company’s legal department with Rob Bartlett. Marcus has oversight of the legal aspects of the Company’s corporate affairs and external and internal financing transactions, as well as general corporate governance.
Marcus joined Macquarie AirFinance in 2015 after starting his career as an associate with Clifford Chance in New York.
Marcus holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Cornell University and received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. He is admitted to practice law in the states of California and New York.
Industry experience: 11 Years
Eveleen is responsible for overseeing the Tax function of the company. Before joining Macquarie AirFinance in 2022, Eveleen was the head of tax at AWAS, subsequently DAE (2013 – 2022).
Prior to that Eveleen worked in senior tax and accounting roles in the financial services sector.
Eveleen holds a Business and Language honours degree from Trinity College Dublin. She is a Chartered Tax Advisor, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a member of the Institute of Directors in Ireland.

Edwin is based in Singapore and leads marketing for the Asia-Pacific region at Macquarie AirFinance.
He brings over two decades of industry experience, including roles in aircraft sales at Singapore Airlines and as Head of Aerospace at the Singapore Economic Development Board, where he was instrumental in shaping strategies to grow Singapore’s aerospace sector.
Prior to joining Macquarie, Edwin served as Senior Director of Leasing at AerCap (and previously at ILFC), overseeing regional operations across Asia-Pacific.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.

Ronan is based in Dublin and leads marketing for the EMEA region at Macquarie AirFinance.
He joined the company in 2010 as Vice President, Risk Management, before transitioning to the marketing team in 2014.
Prior to Macquarie, Ronan held roles in both risk and marketing at CIT Aerospace International and Orix Aviation and began his career as a sales executive at Aerospace Industries Auxiliary Power Limited.
He holds a Bachelor of Business and Finance (Honours) degree from Dublin City University.

Priscilla has marketing responsibility throughout Latin America, the Caribbean and Portugal.
Priscilla began her aviation career in 2004 at the renowned Brazilian law firm Basch & Rameh. She then spent a decade at Azul Airlines, where she led the Fleet Department and was responsible for OEM, leasing, and financing relationships, including all fleet acquisitions and financings.
In 2019, she joined GECAS as Regional Manager and SVP Commercial for Latin America & Caribbean, where she developed and executed the commercial strategy for the region’s fixed-wing aircraft portfolio.
Priscilla joined Macquarie AirFinance in 2023 as SVP Marketing for Latin America & Caribbean.
She holds a Law degree from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and an MBA from Dom Cabral University, with an extension at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Matthew is responsible for marketing across North America at Macquarie AirFinance.
He joined in 2015 after more than a decade at Bombardier Commercial Aircraft. His experience spans advanced design, product planning, and leading airline marketing campaigns in Oceania and Asia.
In 2011, he established Bombardier’s global marketing team focused on the aviation finance sector, including lessors, lenders, and asset managers.
Prior to joining Macquarie, he served as Director of Sales, overseeing business development with aircraft leasing companies.
He holds a First Class Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from Queen’s University in Kingston, Canada.

Jack is responsible for marketing across the Asia-Pacific region, including Greater China, Southeast Asia, and Oceania.
He joined Macquarie AirFinance in 2020 as Vice President, Risk Management, before transitioning to the marketing team in 2025.
Prior to joining Macquarie, Jack spent six years in Tokyo working across the aviation and financial services sectors. Most recently, he was an aviation consultant with Seabury Consulting, where he supported airlines and industry partners on fleet planning, network optimisation, and financial restructuring projects.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) from the National University of Singapore.

John joined Macquarie AirFinance in October 2025 as Senior Vice President, Marketing. John has marketing responsibility throughout the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
Prior to this he spent 11 years working at Avolon, starting in the pricing team before moving into the marketing side of the business in 2016 covering EMEA and Southern Asian airlines out of both the Dublin and Dubai offices. Previous roles also include time at Orix Aviation, Goodbody Stockbrokers and the Central Bank of Ireland.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Finance from University College Dublin, a Masters degree in Quantitative Finance from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and is also a CFA® Charterholder.

Tiernan is responsible for marketing across Eastern and Central Europe, Scandinavia, and North Africa. He joined Macquarie AirFinance in 2025, bringing experience across marketing, risk, and equity fundraising from previous roles at BBAM and Orix Aviation.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Studies from Dublin City University and a Master’s in Aviation Finance from UCD Smurfit Graduate Business School.

Eoin joined the Trading team at Macquarie AirFinance in May 2025, having previously served as Vice President, Risk, with responsibility for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Before joining Macquarie in November 2021, Eoin spent three years at SMBC Aviation Capital as AVP, Commercial Analysis. Prior to that, he worked at Ryanair for two and a half years, primarily as a Treasury Analyst, following his entry into the airline through its Finance Graduate Programme.
Eoin holds a BA in Global Business (France) from Dublin City University and NEOMA Business School in Reims.

Tim joined Macquarie AirFinance in July 2025 as Vice President, Trading. Prior to this, he led the trading function at Zephyrus Aviation Capital for four years and held various roles at Avolon and KPMG.
He holds dual degrees in Architecture—Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Science in Architecture—from University College Dublin.
Tim is a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland and a CFA® Charterholder.

Elaine joined Macquarie AirFinance as Head of Investor Relations in September 2023, with responsibility for investor relations and capital markets activity including public and private debt issuance.
Before joining Macquarie AirFinance, Elaine worked at aircraft lessor Avolon for 7 years where she held positions in capital markets, investor relations, corporate finance and pricing. Prior to Avolon, Elaine held a number of roles across the financial services industry including at Permanent TSB in Dublin and Barclays Investment Bank in London. Elaine began her career at PwC in Dublin.
Elaine holds a Bachelor of Business and Law degree from University College Dublin and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
